TRANSITION PROGRAM: PRIMARY TO SECONDARY |
 |
For the universal student, please see Self-Help
Publication.
Grade 6 is often a stressful year where
parents are forced to grapple with assisting their children
in the planning and development of projects. Parents are then
concerned about the additional challenges their children will
face in secondary education: daunting workloads involving
issue-based writing and analytical reading assignments.
To
prepare students to meet Grade 6 and Year 7 challenges, Edworks’
Transition Program builds the confidence required for
success. This is achieved by empowering students in both year
levels to use a repertoire of advanced skills and strategies.
